Message: It was an ok spot to stay, the time of year was probably bad because every morning my truck and rig was covered in yellow pollen from the pine trees. The bath house needs a little help.

Message: Bill and his family were the greatest, and the campground was awesome.

Message: Echo Badin is a beautiful setting. We enjoyed our time there, and have already reserved a spot for next year!

Message: What a beautiful park! Spacious sites, very quiet, tons of shade among the tall pine trees. We love it here so much. Glad we found this gem.

Message: We had planned to camp in the National Forest but found out it was closed due to the weather. In a last minute scramble to find a place to stay the night we accidentally stumbled upon Echo Basin. From the moment we arrived they were beyond accommodating to our situation, having arrived close to dusk. They showed us around the property and to our site for the night which was level and incredibly well maintained. The bathrooms/showers were spotless and they have laundry as well as additional amenities/activities. The restaurant was the added bonus, staff was beyond friendly and food was incredible! They had a fully stocked bar and a great variety of food. You must try their pulled pork which they smoke in-house as well as their homemade BBQ sauce! We wish we were staying here longer than just the one day but it was the best accidental place we could have ended up on. Such a memorable addition to our trip, cannot wait to come back and stay longer!

Message: We've visited Echo Basin every year for a couple of holidays. We can't express the kind service we receive everytime. The camp spaces are very accommodating as far as hookups and width. I must mention the fun activities that are available. It's breathtaking here and will surely please all ages. The owner Tom is very kind and makes us feel welcomed here everytime.

Message: This was my third time at Echo Basin. The first time was by far the best. Our family has voted not to go back again. My complaints are (1) they host family reunions all the time but offer no place for families to get together unless you pay $100 a time for the pavilion (2) people have to pay $50/day to have their dog in the cabin. (3) on site restaurant was only open 5 days a week from 3pm on, so we could not have breakfast or lunch there. The night we did eat at the restaurant the waitress was extremely rude and kept making snide comments. (4). cabins did not have have any handicap accessability.

Message: Stayed here for 4 days for the “In Cahoots” event. Campground is clean and great places to choose to set up your tent. Their is a bar with friendly bar tenders and the food isn’t bad either. Met the owner Bill and he doesn’t like you riding over 7 3/4 mph. LOL! He’s a really nice guy! I want to come back here and stay in the cabins.
