Message: This may well be the best room for the money in Grand Junction. The room was very clean with more amenities that expected for the price. Some include: very helpful manager, iron and ironing board, good breakfast, fast wi-fi, comfortable bed, granite top bathroom vanity, good hair dryer, etc,. etc. On our trip we paid more for less at several other lodgings along the way. We would be pleased to stay there again!

Message: This is a great hotel with a great location and a great staff and overall a great value due to its low cost rate. I only stopped in town for one night and I planned to dine at Bistro 743, but I didn’t want to pay the nightly rate at Double Tree Hotel where the restaurant is located. At half the rate and a safe, 5 minute walk down the street, First Interstate Inn was a great compromise for convenience, comfort, and cost. I feel safe and secure. Breakfast is included. Laundry room is available.

Message: I stayed here after finding the first four motels I stopped at were completely booked. The room wound up suiting my needs (fairly comfortable bed, clean, a desk, tv with cable). The breakfast area was passable with a variety of foods. The ice machines were empty when I tried to fill a small bag with ice for the remainder of my trip. It wasn't my first choice, but it was fine. The rates were fair for it being Labor Day weekend as well.
