Message: Over all good. Definitely could use some more friendly faces.. the females at the front desk are so pleasant and accommodating. They ought to show the rest of them that same level of professionalism. chain-smoking in the front of the hotel isn't exactly my idea of customer service.

Message: This hotel was perfect for what we came to town for. We just needed a shower and a place to sleep for 3 nights. Customer service is important and everyone of the staff I dealt with friendly and helpful! My room was very clean and everything worked fine. I thought the bed was very comfortable and I’m picky! Overall I would definitely tell friends to stay here and will come back if ever in town!
